Civil Engineering Site Manager (m/f/d)

As part of our team, you are responsible for the smooth running of civil engineering measures in the area of district heating – from planning to successful acceptance. You work closely with our partner companies, authorities and internal specialist departments and make an active contribution to the development of modern and safe supply systems. Your tasks are in detail: project management and coordination of the civil engineering measures of our framework contractors Coordination of construction measures with network masters, authorities and bureaucrats in the supply area of Iqony Wärme GmbH (local Ruhr area) Planning, repair, refurbishment and new construction of district heating lines and shafts under independent time, quality and cost tracking Testing and evaluation of shaft structures according to technical and safety criteria Measurement, accounting and documentation control according to the contractual agreements Cooperation in the creation and improvement of performance directories for tendering and awarding Ensuring, implementing and further developing the applicable occupational health rules Further development of the department through the use of innovative methods and technologies, such as e.g. the electronic mapping by GPS-based technologies or the use of 3-D technology in building planning and inventory collection

You have completed your studies in the field of civil engineering with a focus on civil engineering or road construction, as an alternative to a comparable qualification, such as, for example, master/in road construction or state. Technicians/in road construction (engineering construction technology/low construction). In your professional career, you have already gained several years of experience in road, sewer or pipeline construction. Due to your experience, an incorporation on-the-job is the right way for you and you are motivated to contribute quickly to the success of the company. Iqony Heat supplies private households, large customers:in the northern Ruhr region with climate-friendly district heating. A supply quantity of about 1.5 billion kilowatt hours is reliably fed into the inner-city networks over a more than 750 kilometres long line – the supply area ranges from Datteln to Recklinghausen to Gelsenkirchen and Wanne-Eickel.
