You are responsible for the 2nd level support for all Helpdesk requests. Implementation of software installations, solution of hardware and software problems and the handling of tickets are not a problem for you. You stand by your customers with advice and action and create a sustainable customer relationship. You are responsible for the support, delivery and installation of PCs, laptops and printers.

You have a completed technical vocational training, retraining or in practice acquired comparable knowledge and comprehensive professional experience. You have very good hardware knowledge of the common manufacturers and have very good knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems. A driving licence class 3/B would be desirable. Very good B2 knowledge of German and English complete your profile. You are communicative and curious to get to know the latest technologies?
