Besides your studies, you want to gain valuable practical experience and gain exciting insights into technical customer service? With us you support our team in the care of our customers and learn how technical inquiries are professionally resolved Focus on the processing of various Excel balances Support of our technical customer service in the daily business Maintenance and updating of product and customer data as well as service documentation Participation in the optimization of service processes Support for administrative tasks and projects Creation of reports, statistics and presentations.

You are in the Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a comparable degree course in the field of IT Technical understanding and interest in technical products Joy of contact with customers and service-oriented thinking Independent, structured and reliable operation Communication strength and team capacity Good knowledge in MS Office, especially MS Excel Very good German knowledge practical or theoretical contact points with project and process management desirable Joy to learn new things and actively contribute
