Learning & Development Specialist (w/m/d)

You advance the development and internationalisation of our group-wide learning world and enrich it with digital learning formats. You develop and implement a holistic learning strategy for training and digital learning content in our Learning Management System (LMS) You shape creative learning campaigns on diverse topics and thus actively promote our learning culture. You create and curate digital learning formats and blended learning paths - from microlearning to videos to interactive modules and ensure the quality of digital content. You advise disciplines and stakeholders on digital learning solutions and accompany them in implementation. You support other exciting Learning & Development projects and contribute your expertise.

You have a degree in (economic)psychology, adult education, educational technology or comparable. You bring at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of learning & development, talent management, instructional design or similar areas. You have know-how in working with LXP/LMS/TMS platforms (ideally Workday). Ideally, you have first experiences in creating digital learning content (with author tools). You bring creativity and joy in the conception of learning formats and campaigns. You shine with communication strength and a good sense of innovative trends in the Learning & Development area.
