Projects in the spectrum of personnel and organisational development (e.g. talent management, guidance and instruments) Developing results-oriented concepts of personnel development instruments Advice on and accompanying change management measures Supporting cross-departmental change processes and developing solutions for the further development of the organisation Advising and empowering executives in matters of personnel and organisational development Conception and moderation of workshops, executive training and events

Complete study of psychology, economic education or a comparable study with at least 5 years of professional experience Ideally an additional qualification in the field of organizational development, coaching or change management Experience in personnel and organizational development and change management Knowledge of classical organizational development and agile methods and frameworks Safe appearance, excellent moderation skills and strong target group-oriented communication skills in handling and consulting different hierarchical levels Analytical thinking and systematic working German and English skills
