The restaurant at Grünau Hotel will be opened from May with a new concept: It is cooked with passion - regional, fresh and seasonal. The Grünau Hotel – a small house with great potential – is located between the vibrant Berlin and the green expanses of Brandenburg. With our restaurant we want to create a place where you feel comfortable, like to come together and say: “Here you are cooked with love. It's just delicious. ‘ Since January 2026, the hotel has been part of the Mayor Reuter Foundation Group. With the new restaurant, we build something that is honest, grounded and contemporary – supported by quality, proximity to the region and joy in working together. We are looking for a service that wants to become part of a new restaurant team to create a place with us where guests feel welcome – with heart for hospitality and joy in dealing with people.

Responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of the entire restaurant business. Leadership, motivation and further development of the service team in daily operation. Active cooperation in the service and clear model function for quality and hospitality. Ensuring a warm, professional and attentive guest service. Creation of service plans as well as organization and optimization of the processes. Close cooperation with kitchen, hotel management and the event area. Active participation in the development and implementation of the restaurant concept. Compliance with quality, service and hygiene standards.

Experience in service, ideally with first leadership responsibility. Excellent hostility and joy in dealing with guests and the team. Organisational strength, sense of responsibility and a structured way of working. Team spirit, empathy and a clear and value-adding communication. Motivation and interest to actively shape a new restaurant from the outset. Interest in regional cuisine, honest gastronomy and high-quality products.

Unlimited employment contract in a growing company of the mayor Reuter Foundation Group. Fair payment, Sunday and public holidays allowances as well as working hours as regulated as possible. 30 days vacation per year as well as up to two additional free days as compensation if you work on Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve.
