Your duties Methodological advice of process management (modeling, visualization, compliance with standards, complete documentation). Advising process owners and specialist departments in organizational issues. Priority, controlling and publication of processes. Initiation and participation in basic organisational decisions and in cross-departmental projects (including project management of selected projects). Control and implementation of internal organisational projects. Preparation of studies and analyses using organizational methods. Care and optimization of the construction and execution documentation of the Sparkasse. Documentation of all organisational measures. Development and support of own statistics and applications. Planning and implementation of permission requests in the competence and rights system (KURS) and participation in conceptual changes.

Your profile Successfully completed course of studies on the Savings Banking/Banking Industry (or comparable) plus willingness to visit the Technical Seminar “Operating Organisation”. Embossed analytical and conceptual skills. Very good communication and presentation skills. Enforcement, flexibility and the ability to actively shape changes.
