Basic developments of new sun protection formulations and emulsion-based formulations and management of R&E projects Concept and formulation development according to customer requirements or Requirements of internal product briefing Active expansion and maintenance of the solar protection portfolio in coordination with the team and R&E leadership Accompanying the preparation process from the laboratory to production with the help of the scale-up and production colleagues Contact for the departments Quality Management, Production, Product Management, Scale-Up and Regulatory for New Recipe Developments Care and documentation of new formulations and production methods Establishment and coordination of new compatibility tests and evidence of efficacy Qualification of new raw materials for quality, compatibility and costs Preparation and participation in customer appointments and close contact with raw material suppliers Active knowledge transfer and professional support of product developers

Completion „Bachelor /Master/ Diploma“ in the scientific field or comparable qualification. Relevant, multi-year professional experience in the operational development of cosmetic products, in particular sun protection products and/or emulsions Very good conception and high flexibility Teamability and high loadability High coordination and communication capability Self-employed and structured work Good English knowledge of word and writing Experiences in handling MS-Office
