Senior Consultant Accounting / Taxes / Controlling (m/f/d)

Directions & Designs: You take on the professional start of a specialized team with currently three employees in the field of accounting, taxes and controlling. You accompany your colleagues with professional competence and continuously promote the further development of the team. Responsibility: You organize the creation of the annual commercial accounts of all three companies of the KS/AUXILIA and work closely with external auditors as well as internal and external stakeholders. Reporting & Cooperation: You coordinate the internal reporting (calculations and contribution accounts), in particular the internal production process. In addition, you control the internal cost calculations between the companies. Taxes: You deal with tax issues in close coordination with external tax advice and help to ensure the tax compliance of companies. Digitalization & Automation: You actively support the digital transformation in the CFO sector – in particular by identifying and implementing automation and AI potentials in reporting and accounting.

Analytical thinking & design joy: You think structured and act independently. Complex facts quickly capture, develop pragmatic solutions and communicate results clearly and convincingly. Professional qualification: You have successfully completed an insurance or economic studies and have several years of professional experience in accounting or CFO environment – ideally in the insurance industry or an audit firm. Technology competence: You have a pronounced IT affinity and work safely with MS Office, especially Excel. You are inspiring for digitalization and actively shaping modern reporting processes.
