Analysis of existing structures, processes and competencies within the framework of workshops and events deriving practical measures to optimize and digitize work processes Development and maintenance of an organization-wide process map including task descriptions, responsibilities and process documentation Participation in building and implementing an organizational knowledge management Evaluation of the implemented measures and support for their continued development Promoting knowledge transfer and cross-departmental cooperation within the organisation
