Butcher's Operations Manager - Slaughtering / Cutting (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the smooth organisation and management of the entire slaughter and dismantling operation from acceptance to the final product. You guide and motivate your team of approx. 15 people, plan personnel use and also actively pack up even in bottlenecks. You ensure a first-class product quality through complete quality controls and strict compliance with hygiene regulations. You are the competent contact person for internal interfaces as well as external partners such as the Veterinary Office.

Whether as a trained carpenter, master, or as an experienced force from agriculture: You bring min. 3 years of practical experience in slaughtering and dismantling. You are convinced by your organizational talent and a high sense of responsibility to ensure the smooth operation. Ideally, you have already gained first experience in managing employees. Basic computer knowledge, in particular in handling MS Office, are advantageous. For smooth communication with your team and the veterinary authorities, speak fluently German (C1).
