IT Engineer (m/w/d) We are looking for the Office for Digitization, Organization and IT (DO.IT) of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The place shall be occupied without delay. The field of ERP finance at DO.IT serves central applications for the financial processes of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. We accompany specialist offices when introducing new systems and ensure their safe operation. One focus is on the electronic initial invoice for administrations and businesses. We thus create a uniform and legal settlement of urban invoices. Thus we contribute to efficient processes and modern administration.

Thanks to you, the coordination of introductory projects for electronic output calculation is ensured, including subproject lines in the specialist offices. You ensure that the specialist offices are competently advised and supported during the introduction and implementation of statutory requirements. Your tasks include the implementation, supervision and monitoring of the software solution to ensure stable and secure operation Takeover of tasks in life-cycle management such as release planning, updates and risk management is also one of your tasks You actively contribute to documenting technical and functional specifications and maintaining knowledge management in the field of electronic initial accounting Thanks to you, the continuous development of the e-invoice is ensured, because you agree closely with the specialist offices, the municipal combing and the internal IT areas A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

A completed study (Bachelor) in the field of computer science or in a comparable area As an alternative, a completed technical vocational training (e.g. professional informatics) with at least three years of relevant professional experience, which thus have equivalent skills and experience to carry out those activities Knowledge of the introduction and support of IT systems Experience in creating requirements analysis and documentation Confidence with ITIL processes and life cycle management Knowledge in interface technologies, databases or experience in municipal administration is of advantage
