Werkstudent Controlling (w/m/d) The TLB& Invoicing (HFPG4) team is a central unit in the Finance – MDS area, which covers the inter-sectoral topics of debitor management and project controlling in the context of technical logging. It ensures that the financial processes run smoothly and thus contributes to the effective financial management of the projects. In the field of debitor management, the team is responsible for the creation and processing of project invoices taking into account all specific requirements and for the monitoring and tracking of payment inputs. The project controlling focuses on the business management of the TLB projects. The team ensures that the billing meets all requirements and performs rolling forecasts and budget planning to improve the financial management of the projects.

Support of the team in operating daily business and monthly reporting Supporting activities within the framework of the monthly financial statements, e.g. implementation of the monthly financial statements & evaluation of group general costs Cross-departmental cooperation with project managers and contract merchants Teamwork and support in forecasting and planning business units and projects Participation in weekly jour-fixes appointments for team meeting Participation in all project controlling activities, including accounting, handling of call services Participation in specific evaluations and analyses, including budget tracking of various framework agreements

enrolled student of economics or similar course Experience in handling MS Office SAP knowledge and experience desirable Good knowledge of German in word and writing Self-working and analytical skills Structured and organized work Interest in controlling themes, working with numbers and creating analyses Communicate team player who likes to immerse themselves in new topics Please upload your currently valid registration certificate during your application.
