in Full or part-time. The Crailsheim Clinic is the center for the stationary medical care of older people People in the district of Schwäbisch Hall. The department is together with the trauma surgery of the Diak Klinikum Schwäbisch Hall as Cooperative age trauma center certified. Since the move to our modern expansion building in February 2026, the geriatric Department of over 30 beds and offers a modern, professional working environment.

Your tasks

Your tasks as Senior Caregiver (m/w/d)

• Collection and determination of care needs as well as planning, organisation and documentation Career measures according to legal requirements
• Individually responsible implementation of basic and treatment care taking into account the individual needs
• Promoting patient independence
• Communication, advice, support and guidance of patients and their relatives and/or reference persons
• Medically prescribed medicines
• Introduction of life-saving emergency measures until the doctor arrives
• Preparation, assistance and aftercare in diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• Monitoring and care of patients before, during and after intervention
• Coordination of the treatment path in cooperation with other professional groups
• Planning of dismissal as well as further care or laying

  Your job as a Senior Caregiver (m/w/d)

• Support for nursing staff in the day of the station
• Consumption and treatment of patient calls
• Support in restoring and promoting self-employment
• Help with food intake, body care, mobilisation and storage

• Cleaning of medical equipment (central storage orders)
• Organization and care of the patient rooms
• Participation in coordination and planning of the working day in coordination with the responsible nursing power

  Your profile

• Senior Caregiver (m/w/d) or 1-year training Senior Caregiver
• Embossed social competence, communication strength and empathy in dealing with Patients
• Experience in clinical and stationary areas
• Teamability and a high level of responsibility
