E-Commerce Manager Partner Onboarding & Integration (m/f/d)

As E-Commerce Manager Partner Onboarding & Integration (m/w/d), you take responsibility for the technical integration of new partners on our marketplace. Your goal is to ensure a smooth connection to our marketplace systems, to ensure high-quality and consistent product data and to efficiently accompany the go-live process within the framework of partner onboarding. You act as a central interface between our partners, the internal tech teams and the operational marketplace management – and ensure that systems and data are seamlessly harmonized. The following activities shall apply:

You control the technical connection of new suppliers and accompany them structured through the entire onboarding process. In doing so, coordinate integration via established interfaces and data formats such as API, CSV or XML and ensure a stable system connection. As a central interface between partners and internal e-commerce teams, you support the marketplace system Mirakl, clarify technical and organizational integration issues and support the optimal use of platform functions. With your technical know-how and a solution-oriented approach, you support our partners in technical issues and contribute to a fast, sustainable problem solution. In addition, you conduct technical training and advise partners to set up their systems and data structures. In close cooperation with internal teams, you agree on technical requirements and contribute to the continuous development of our systems.

You have a degree or training in IT, business informatics or e-commerce. In addition, you can experience technical support or Onboarding or project management with - ideally in the marketplace or platform environment. In addition, you have knowledge of Mirakl, marketplace architectures, product data management and how to use interfaces such as API, PIM and ERP systems. A service-oriented and structured way of working distinguishes you as well as a clear, solution-oriented communication - both in exchange with partners and with internal teams. Your profile is rounded off by very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
