Bartender (m/f/d)

We find coffee is more than a drink and a good coffee specialty completes a perfect customer experience in a car house.

For our new coffee bar we are looking for a barista (m/w/d) that shares this love for coffee and the joy of dealing with people with us.

You work mainly independently and take over all tasks of orders, service, pre- and post-processing and, of course, the preparation of drinks. In our assortment we offer carefully prepared coffee specialities, tea, and various refreshments.

Clean up the café bar and the guest area is of course for you. Friendly welcome to our guests, a warm welcome and a well-organized process have the highest priority for us.

You and coffee belong together? Then we're looking for someone like you!

You have already worked as a barista in gastronomy or service? Perfect – these skills are essential for this place. What is important is that you like to do with people – and of course coffee – are communicative and open. Because you are the face of our car house Cafébar and have to do with our customers every day. You work confidently alone and keep an overview even in stressful moments. You bring organization and flexibility. Your German skills are at level C1.

We're planning very long with you, the place is indefinite. Holiday allowance and annual premium, 30 days vacation, working time account and occupational pensions. Discounts on vehicles and services. No weekend work. You work in regulated working hours from Monday to Friday/40 hours. Every month 100 € net on the employee credit card.
