Planning your own personnel use & the after-contractors, assignment of the teams and care for clear processes at the construction site. Professional and disciplinary leadership of project managers, foreworkers and skilled workers. Further development of employees, young talents and inspiring executives. Maintenance of existing customers, expansion of partnerships and development of new customer fields.

Master of Painters (m/w/d) or comparable qualification, as an alternative engineer, civil engineer or manager from the engineering work. Multiannual experience in construction, project management or operation management in the painter's handicraft. Clear, motivating and binding leadership of teams. Safe handling of offers, performance directories, scales and billing. Knowledge of VOB and basic understanding for BGB and HGB. Joy in painting craft, quality and modern project processing. Curiosity for digital processes and new solutions in the development work. Close to construction site, team and customers, clear communication, entrepreneurial action and solution-oriented work.
