As a specialist in e-commerce, you are the central interface between METTLER TOLEDO and our customers and partners. In this important role, you define technical details and work closely with IT to implement them. They ensure efficient cooperation of all areas by documenting and continuously optimizing existing processes. In addition, you coordinate projects independently and drive to-dos across different departments. Regular status updates are essential to ensure transparency and progress.

In this position you are responsible for the planning, control and regulation of all project phases. These include direct customer integration or integration via providers and development of project plans for automation of functions such as offering creation, order processing and accounting. They prioritise important customer relationships in cooperation with management and document the requirements to ensure smooth implementation with IT. A central part of your task is customer communication, where you provide support and answer questions about the device. They accompany the Go Live process, train the departments to process customer requests and create offers according to the internal guidelines. They are also responsible for extending technical functionalities. In addition, coordinate, check and approve documents and processes and drive the automation of processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. They coordinate and test all relevant eCommerce interfaces for CRM changes and communicate the test results to the team for smooth implementation. In addition, you will work on incidents in the eCommerce area, helping your analytical skills and technical understanding improve the processes. They work closely with the business area managers as well as the sales and service teams and coordinate the communication between these departments for a smooth process. In addition, you cooperate closely with the global IT department to develop technical solutions and ensure the functionality of all interfaces.

Ideally, you have completed an education or study in information technology, computer science or a related subject. You will also bring experience in project management, preferably with knowledge in agile methods as well as in the planning and control of projects. A good technical understanding and experience with IT systems and interfaces are advantageous. They have an excellent process understanding and a systematic approach to respond quickly to the challenges of daily business. They also convince us with your analytical and conceptual skills to identify complex challenges and develop innovative solutions.
