Design and development of a business-oriented enterprise architecture with focus on business architecture Modeling and controlling Value Streams for mapping our end-to-end logistics processes Further development and use of the Business Capability Map for Priority and Transparency of Initiatives Close cooperation with business and IT to translate strategic requirements into sustainable solutions Preparation and moderation of decision-making processes (e.g. portfolio management boards) Preparation of decision bases for top management / C level Support for strategic transformation initiatives Further development of methods, standards and governance in the EAM environment

Multiannual experience in enterprise architecture management, ideally related to business architecture Knowledge of Value Stream Design and Business Capability Mapping Experience in complex organisations and in governance and decision-making processes Ability to present complex relationships in a comprehensible and addressable manner (in particular C level) Strong understanding of the interconnection of business and IT/digital product portfolios Experience in Transformation, Enablement or Change Contexts Secure appearance to senior stakeholders Structured, analytical and pragmatic working and experience in handling EAM tools (e.g. LeanIX)
