You take over the operational processing of building financing operations in the back office and ensure that payments, inventory operations and associated data are processed correctly. In doing so, you ensure a clean process in the servicing of building financing portfolios and support the further processing of operations in the daily business. Your tasks include: Operational processing of back office operations in the field of maintenance of building financing portfolios. Support in preparing and implementing payouts. Examination of documents for completeness, plausibility and deadlines. Maintenance and updating of data and process files. Coordination with internal interfaces for open points and queries. Ensuring correct and efficient further processing of the processes.

You work structured, carefully and think in solutions instead of in problems. You feel comfortable in a professionally shaped environment and keep an overview even with several open processes. (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification in the financial sector are desirable. Cross-adapters are also welcome. First experience in the back office, in expertise or financial environment. Excellent accuracy and sense of responsibility. Good knowledge of MS Office and safe handling of digital systems. Teamability and clear communication.
