Work Planner Factory, Machine and Plant Planning (m/f/d)

In this key position you are the driving force behind our state-of-the-art production. In this task you actively shape the technological future of our work. You serve our technologies in plastic injection molding and are responsible for all processes from classic injection molding (PP, PA66, PC/ABS) to mono sandwich injection molding and their fully automatic assembly systems to inline finishing processes such as padprint and hot stamping. As a project manager*in you plan and create new injection moulding machines as well as complex assembly lines. You define the technical design, coordinate dates and accompany the commissioning directly on site at the plant. With 2D and 3D software, you can design efficient production layouts as well as optimize and create workflows (work success cards) to raise our production to the next level. You are the link between development, design, quality planning and production. Together with your team, you will accompany component samples and ensure the highest standards by professional first sample test reports. You create and answer well-founded calculations for plastic components as well as complex make-or-buy analyses and act through precise economic considerations as a decisive interface to the management in the planning of future-oriented plant investments. Future security through retrofit! You identify potentials for modernization. Whether new robotics systems, control cabinets or IT upgrades – you make our existing systems fit for Industry 4.0. Your task will be rounded by supporting the introduction of new software solutions and maintaining our technological knowledge in SAP, Hydra MES and GoogleSheets to ensure a transparent database.

A successfully completed technical study (e.g. industrial engineering, (technical) business management) or a comparable qualification. Insufficient professional experience in machine procurement and/or work preparation, preferably in the plastics sector Embossed technical understanding in mechanical engineering, experience in project management. Safe handling of common office applications, or ideally Google Workspace. Safe handling of common SAP applications. You are characterized by a structured and independent way of working. Embossed skills in decision-making, cost awareness and understanding of production processes and an entrepreneurial way of thinking complete your profile.
