Your tasks - You can look forward to Successfully implementing HR systems: You independently take responsibility for workstreams and subprojects as part of the further development and implementation of our HR systems and recruiting processes and coordinate relevant internal interfaces. Successful system implementation: You will accompany the introduction of new HR systems and digital solutions from the requirement recording and conception, testing and training to the successful rollout, go-live and stabilization at our locations. Structured quality assurance: You plan and coordinate test and UAT phases, develop test scenarios and perform system and process tests independently. You identify optimization potentials and ensure the quality of the solutions. In doing so, you coordinate relevant key users and stakeholders, document results structured and ensure traceability of identified errors and optimization potentials. Sustainable user development: You design and perform training and user training for HR, executives and other user groups. New systems and processes accompany you to the organization with suitable communication and change measures. Competent HR consulting of our locations: You accompany our locations as an experienced contact person in the field of talent acquisition, recruiting processes and HR systems, advise on suitable measures and ensure a targeted publication and optimal placement of our job advertisements. Promote strategic topics: you develop your own concepts and participate in the further development of our talent and recruiting landscape. In doing so, you bring your expertise into cross-departmental HR projects.

You have a completed study or training in the field of business, human resources or a comparable qualification. You bring multi-year professional experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, (HR) project management or HR system support, and you are used to independently answer topics. You are familiar with the introduction or rollout of HR systems and the associated project and change processes and have ideally already actively supported a HR system implementation or a larger system rollout over several project phases. You have experience in testing HR systems and digital processes and have ideally already developed test cases and accompanied or coordinated test and UAT phases. You have experience in designing and performing trainings and user trainings and can communicate complex content in a comprehensible and targeted manner. You work structured, keep an overview of several parallel topics and enjoy taking responsibility. You are strong in communication, you like to work across areas and convince as a team player with an independent, solution-oriented and proactive way of working. You are sure to deal with the common office products and you have ideally already experience with the applicant management system SmartRecruiters. Experience with other HR systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM or comparable solutions, is advantageous.
