As a Calculator:in HKLS (m/w/d), you will introduce your technical and economic know-how into challenging building projects and create the basis for sound procurement and investment decisions. Your tasks include in particular: you already work in the early stages of a project and support the supply skalkulation in the area of heating, climate, ventilation and sanitation (HKLS). Together with the project management, you will determine the project-specific building plan and develop economic technical solutions. You examine tender documents, evaluate technical requirements and clarify open questions with clients, specialist planners and other project participants. The creation and processing of performance directories for the HKLS plants is your responsibility. You develop special proposals and optimization approaches for the economic and technical improvement of the projects. The coordination of internal specialist departments as well as external planning partners and subcontractors is within your task. In addition, you support the specialist purchase in the testing and evaluation of offers as well as in procurement processes.

Completed study of utility or building technology or a comparable training with further education to the technician:in (m/w/d). Professional experience in the calculation, planning or project execution of HKLS systems is advantageous. Knowledge of the handling of tendering, procurement and billing programs, ideally RIB iTWO. Technical understanding of sophisticated HKLS systems in construction projects. Negotiating skills, enforcing ability and a pronounced sense of cost and responsibility.
