Business Consultant for our industry partners (m/f/d)

You analyze the business processes of our industrial partners and identify potentials in which our services can create measurable added value. You develop a deep understanding of our service portfolio and advise national and international partners (mainly in the DACH area) with suitable solutions. You translate the feedback from our partners into the optimization and new development of our service products and ensure that You can contribute to process and outcome optimization. You form the interface between our partners and departments and ensure a sound and continuous exchange of knowledge and experience. You recognize market and customer requirements early on and actively contribute these impulses to the further development of our service portfolio.

You are pleased to convey the use and benefits of our service portfolio in a comprehensible manner. You are interested in business processes (Gross and Retail of Benefit) and understand complex relationships quickly. You have experience in process optimization and project work. You have good analytical and abstraction capabilities and can translate requirements into concrete solutions. You are characterized by pronounced communication strength, a safe occurrence and a high degree of self-initiative. You ideally bring experiences from the moderation of customer workshops (product presentations, user circles). You are ready to travel, enjoy direct exchange and on-site activity with our partners. You have good English skills in word and writing as well as good user knowledge of popular MS Office applications.
