The regional club ADAC Nordrhein e.V. was founded in 1904. Over 500 employees are now working in our 19 offices in North Rhine-Westphalia. Here we take care of the topics of mobility, travel & vacation, insurance and of course ADAC membership. With a total of 24 employees, the team of the “Immobilienmanagement” department supports the 35 ADAC North Rhine-Westphalia’s own properties and our 3 driving safety centers. In addition to the field of domestic engineering, lease management, maintenance of all real estates as well as new and remodeling belong to the multifaceted tasks of the department. You can expect varied and exciting challenges every day.

As part of your activity, you are responsible for the building technical support of existing properties in Wesseling, Hürth, Bonn, Euskirchen and Siegburg (representation services of other ADAC objects in the region) and act as the first respondent for local housing and commercial renters. You take care of the coordination and assignment of craftsmen and maintenance companies in the objects and are responsible for the control and performance management. You are responsible for ensuring the safety, order and cleanliness of the objects and the external installations and take initial measures in the event of a risk in delay or in the case of the obligation to provide traffic. You carry out small repair and maintenance work as well as typical housekeeper activities (e.g. outdoor and green care, winter service).

You have a completed craft training (preferably in the field of sanitary, heating, ventilation, air conditioning or electrical engineering) You have two years of professional experience as a home technician (w/m/d) or in crafts and have a comprehensive basic understanding in the field of domestic engineering and a craftsmanship. You have a proactive and accurate operation as well as a pronounced service and customer orientation. For access to the objects as well as for the transport of technology/materials, you have a class B (III) driver's license and good computer skills. You are convinced by willingness to use at different real estate locations in the area of ADAC Nordrhein e.V. as well as the willingness to operate outside the usual operating times in case of need. The place of residence in the Rhine-Sieg district or adjacent regions is of advantage.
