Internship or practical semester in personnel development/management development

You actively support day-to-day business, especially in the preparation, organisation and implementation of events

You take on tasks in ongoing projects of management development, for example, in the adaptation of the guide and in the “generational change” project

You will research current topics and questions and prepare the results for team and project meetings

You are in your studies (Bachelor or Master) in the field of economics or social sciences, psychology, communication or a comparable course of studies, ideally with the focus on staff

You have fun in the diverse range of tasks of personnel work and management development and are happy to work on new topics

As part of your studies, you must complete a compulsory internship, a practical semester or something similar

Your compulsory internship or practical semester should take at least three months, best half a year

You value change and keep an overview thanks to your stand-alone and careful working and your organizational talent

You prefer to work closely connected in the team and at the same time take responsibility

You have very good oral and written communication skills in German and ideally also in English
