As a private customer advisor (m/w/d) in our consulting center Schotten, you actively shape the future of our savings bank and our customers. In the area of private customer consulting we are contact persons of our approx. 100,000 customers and their financial companions through all their lives. The advice and support of our customers is a matter of heart for us. Together with them we discuss their needs as well as their life goals and make the advice an experience. Our aim is to establish and expand a long-term relationship with our existing customers and to establish new customer relationships. The consultant and the customer understand themselves as partners.

Guessing, inspire, move - Your tasks with us: Customer support and new customer acquisition – holistic, demand-oriented and consulting in all financial areas, in particular with our partner solutions. Personal, telephone and digital customer relationships. Accounts & Cards – Fully accompanied in daily payment transactions; Support in setting up and using accounts, maps and online banking to make the financial day secure, flexible and digital. Save & Create – Demand-oriented advice on asset building; Analysis of objectives and wishes and development of individual investment strategies Insurance & pension provision – selection of appropriate insurance and pension provision solutions and ongoing optimization and review to secure the financial future. Housing & Real Estate – Showing opportunities for financing, interest-rate security as well as state funding including specialists. Credit & Consumption – Targeted financing for private projects; Determination of financing needs, transparent presentation of credit options. Team Spirit: support service, identify potentials, actively accompany overheads, achieve goals together.
