Your tasks:

• Collection and maintenance of customer and account data from text and payment-based source documents
• Preparing, testing and prioritizing data for input
• Error detection, correction and validation of results
• Research and supplement of incomplete information
• Application of data processing techniques and production of reports
• Document scans, file printing as well as data backup and archive
• Confidential treatment of sensitive information

• Successfully completed commercial or technical training, also as a professional starter (m/w/d)
• Experience in data entry or office
• Secure handling of MS Office and data programs
• Knowledge of administrative activities
• Fast and precise writeability
• High detail accuracy and discretion
