Your tasks:

• scheduling and project coordination with internal and external contacts
• Implementation of correspondences and telephone calls also in foreign languages
• Preparation of documents (e.g. schedules, statistics) and presentations
• Collection of information on decision-making and the reception and transmission of information
• Organisation of events and travels
• Participation in smaller projects

Your qualifications:

• Complete commercial training as a merchant for office communication or a comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience in assistance, secretariat or project management
• Knowledge of business relationships
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good knowledge of German and English
