As Senior Sales Operations Manager (gn), you play a central role in our sales organization. You develop scalable processes, shape our CRM and sales tool landscape and deliver automation, AI and data-based reporting for more efficiency and transparency. You work closely with Sales Leadership, Teamleads, Marketing and Operations. In a small team you have a lot of design space and can directly influence how we develop our sales organization. You analyze and standardize our sales processes along the entire customer journey and develop them scalable further You develop our CRM and Sales Tool landscape, especially HubSpot, and ensure data quality and system discipline You identify automation potentials, implement AI-based solutions and introduce new technologies in a structured manner into sales The establishment of KPI frameworks, forecast models, performance dashboards and regular quality checks is in your hands You analyze Conversion Council, Sales Cycle, Deal Size and Segment Performance and perform specific optimization measures You support sales leadership and team leaders with clear decision-making bases and coordinate the interfaces to marketing and operations

You bring several years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Process Management You have deep practical CRM experience, ideally with HubSpot or Dynamics, working analytically, thinking in KPIs and can safely arrange reporting and forecasting Your good feeling for processes, structures and scalable ways of working You can understand complex facts and bring different stakeholders together safely You have very good German skills in C2 level and very good English skills.
