You will

• permanent employment contract
• Tariff pay €16.69/h - €19.78/h
• Holidays,- + Christmas money
• Driving service to work place and back home

Your tasks are

• Surface treatment of the respective vehicle types using the corresponding devices, materials and tools
• Responsibility for the painting plant, its testing and the entire application technology
• Professional operation of the painting system
• Organization and coordination of the complete sequence (painting preparation and finish planning of the paint system, etc.)
• Installation of the painting line or plant
• Ensure and consistently check quality in conjunction with timely provision of coated vehicle frames
• Implementation of smooth painting and maintenance of company-internal communication
• Implementation of requirements by management

That's what you bring

• Complete vocational training in the field of lacquering or Paint technology appears desirable
• Multiannual professional experience in the field of vehicle painting or industrial coating would be ideal
• Master/painting training is advantageously not absolutely necessary
• Self-employment, structured working, enforcement and communication strength
• Your team skills prove you in active and engaged cooperation with your colleagues (m/w/d)
• Good knowledge and the ability to identify causes of disturbance and their subsequent lifting
• Individual initiative and reliability, strong motivation and strategic approach
