Project Manager Environment – Soil Protection and Waste Management

At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as a project manager: in the environment – soil protection and waste management (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Duisburg or Cologne site. The job is limited to 2 years. Your tasks:

In your working day, you will take the technical support and advice of railway infrastructure projects from planning to realization, especially on land protection and waste management issues You also ask for the legally compliant waste disposal and check lists of services, offers, contracts, pollutant catastrophes and reports (e.g. soil recycling and waste management concepts, BoVEK) and prepare corresponding opinions You participate in the statutory and process prescribed demonstration of waste disposal and support the project management in the implementation of regulatory requirements The declarations of building waste will be checked by you and you will create electronic proof of disposal with ZEDAL waste management software for all building wastes of our infrastructure projects You convey your expertise to the project teams in workshops and lectures Last but not least, you will advise all project participants on topics such as land protection, waste management and mantle regulation, and conduct consultations with the competent authorities

Your profile:

The basis of your career is a successfully completed study as an environmental engineer:in, geolog:in, hydrolog:in, civil engineer:in or alternatively another degree of study with first experience in the written area In addition, you have professional experience as well as knowledge in the handling of waste-related complex infrastructure projects You have profound knowledge of waste disposal (KrWG, NachwV) as well as electronic waste detection (e.g. ZEDAL) and you have good knowledge and skills in modern office communication (Office 365) You are characterized by a strong social competence, team capacity and responsibility and enforcing ability You are strong in communication, a solution finder, think customer-oriented and convince by a secure and binding appearance Cost- and quality-oriented thinking and action within the meaning of the project are of course for you
