Design and implementation of AI agents as well as prompt flows for automated analysis and summary of damage information in our systems Integration of generic AI solutions into our end-to-end damage processes, including process analysis and seamless transfer to adjacent systems Identification and detailed development of automation potentials in damage management, focusing on real process processes and user-centric approaches Evaluation and continuous improvement of prompts, in particular with regard to comprehensibility and accuracy, based on user feedback As an AI Ambassador, you accompany the introduction of AI components for our colleagues in power processing and promote a deeper understanding of new technologies

Solid knowledge of artificial intelligence and its application possibilities for process improvement Experience in process management, in particular in the analysis and optimization of business processes to increase efficiency Project management skills, ideally with knowledge in agile methods Designed analytical skills for identifying potential for improvement and developing appropriate solutions Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with different stakeholders and to guide workshops
