You ensure the required product quality and make sure that all performance and process specifications are complied with. In the back area, you opt for systems, processes and processes to continuously increase efficiency and productivity. You participate in international projects that directly affect your area of responsibility. You actively pass on your knowledge to the employees and exchange closely with H&ME. You develop suggestions for improvement, work with projects to increase performance and reduce losses sustainably. In the Shopfloor Management you get involved every day. Together with quality assurance and work preparation, you carry out material tests and evaluate raw material properties. You work on the standardization and documentation of processes and promote their further development. Projects, trials and pattern productions in the back area are responsible and targeted. At international exchanges of knowledge and experience, you are involved in bringing and sharing your know-how across locations. You work closely with layer management, cleaning, maintenance, automation, H&ME and quality assurance. Work and health protection in your area of responsibility are guaranteed at any time. You also support certification procedures and production management in operational tasks.

You have a completed vocational training as well as an additional qualification as a master or technician in the food sector - alternatively you bring an equivalent qualification. Finding knowledge and multiannual professional experience in the back area characterize you. Flexibility in working time design is of course for you. In addition, you bring multi-year leadership experience and motivate employees. High team and motivation, strong willingness to use as well as targeted and result-oriented, independent work are among your strengths. Good IT skills, especially in SAP and the Microsoft Office package, as well as very good English skills complete your profile.
