Supplier: Raw Materials and Waste Management The RWTH Aachen Department of Raw Materials and Disposal Technology bundles interdisciplinary competencies in research and teaching along the entire value chain of mineral raw materials – from extraction to processing to recycling and disposal. It promotes cooperation between the participating institutions and addresses key issues of sustainable and responsible supply of raw materials. For the academic advice and support of the students, the specialist group is looking for a suitable person for the specialist study advice. The RWTH is certified as a family-friendly university. RWTH offers a variety of health, counselling and prevention services (e.g. university sports) as part of a university health management. Individual advice and support for students during their studies (weekly speaking hours) Implementation of the mentoring programme for the study programmes of the department Support for student application Review of student hours and exam plans Student admission examination in cooperation with the International Office and the Student Secretariat Technical examination of the recognition of examination services from abroad Creation of study certificates Support for the examination committees of the department Organisation/operation for committee meetings and protocol management Participation and reporting at meetings of the department and the study council Participation in exchange meetings with RWTH Coordination and implementation of information events for students: Advising students Participation in events (meetings for students: women, study information day, MINT-EC-Camp, student university etc.), possibly with professional lecture

Complete university studies (Master, Magister or comparable, preferably in the courses of the Raw Materials and Disposal Technology) Experience in the advice of students: Experience with computer-assisted planning systems such as RWTHonline desirable Knowledge of the workflows of audit committees of advantage Safe handling of the English language Systematic and structured operation Very good organizational skills Secure and addressable communication capability Safe handling of all Office products

The employment is in the employment relationship. The place shall be occupied at the next possible time and shall be permanent. It is a full-time job. The grouping depends on the TV-L.
