HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

We are looking for a:n HR Business Partner (m/w/d) for our Munich site – from now on: Design HR actively as a strategic partner function and guide executives and teams along the Employee Lifecycle. Our team in Germany grows – and right here you come into play. As a HR Business Partner, you are the central contact person for our executives at the Munich location. You accompany people topics holistically – solution-oriented, close to the teams and with a clear understanding of business, culture and organization. In this role, you act as an experienced individual contributor without disciplinary leadership, with high self-responsibility and noticeable impact.

First contact person for executives in all personal, labour and organisational issues Active Sparring Partner Roll in Operational and Tactical Leadership Everyday Responsibility for employee relations topics (including conflict talks, abnormalities, separations, complaints, escalations, BEM) Advice on performance management, individual development, team dynamics, conflict situations and decision-making processes Accompanying annual and performance reviews, target agreements and talent topics Ensuring compliance with labour law requirements, internal people policies and HR standards Building and further development of the HR controller in cooperation with the International Finance Team (Reports, Dashboards, KPIs) Use of HR data and trends for early identification of people risks and derivation of sound recommendations Ensuring consistent HR best practices along the entire employee lifecycle Accompanying change, team and organisational development processes Cooperation in HR and organizational projects in close cooperation with HR Director, HR Operations and Talent Management willingness to support pragmatically beyond classical tasks

Multiannual well-founded experience as HR Business Partner:in or in a comparable role Very good working know-how and secure advice from managers Embossed experience in employee relations and sensitive communication Data-driven Mindset and Joy of HR Analytics and Reporting High self-initiative as well as ability to work strategically, operatively and pragmatically Professional appearance, clear communication and building trusted relationships at all hierarchical levels Very good knowledge of German (min. C1) and good knowledge of English (min. B2) Hybrid working model, increased office presence of advantage Place of work: Munich
