Your tasks

• Support of the chief physician in administrative and organizational tasks

• correspondence, appointment coordination, post-processing, presentation creation and organisation of service and training trips
• Creation and maintenance of doctor's letters, surgical reports, medical reports, assessments, standby plans, protocols, etc., corrections by digital dictate
• Registrature of holiday planning
• Treatment of patient requirements and health insurance requirements
• Working with the organization of events, symposia etc.
