We are looking for an employee (m/w/d) transformation at the next possible time. With your expertise in process design and automation, you actively shape the digital transformation and contribute significantly to the efficiency of our business processes. Here is an overview of your tasks in detail: Project management of complex and strategic projects, national and international as well as responsibility for successful project completion Analysis of predefined problems (e.g. optimization of business processes, functional expansion of IT systems) Developing sustainable solutions together with the ICT and the respective fields of expertise Integrated project management and planning of project resources, costs and time frames Creation, maintenance and monitoring of project plans Phase-oriented project processing and estimation, planning and organisation of ICT projects Coordination of internal processes and close coordination with all project participants and interface partners Project documentation and reporting for management

Completed studies of (economic) informatics or BWL with a focus on organisation/processes or a commercial vocational training, preferably banker/wife and several years of professional experience in the field of project management Experience in managing and implementing digital transformation projects and/or experiences in a bank/insurance Openness for new and creative solutions and joy in the active design of changes in the organization Good knowledge in the analysis and optimization of business processes Very good knowledge in the Windows Server and Client environment and MS Office package German and English knowledge in word and writing Very good ability to analyze and model complex problems Pro-active, cooperative and constructive cooperation with all partners (internal/external) Self-employed and structured working, teamwork, flexibility and reliability Enforcement and good communication skills readiness to take responsibility and to above-average commitment
