Our concept quality building department (MO/QMK) aims to ensure that our customers enjoy the best quality experience at all contact points. To this end, we introduce customer expectations from various products and markets into the organization and drive forward the best solutions. For this we pave new ways. We, in the team concept quality and customer knowledge, work daily to offer our customers the best possible products. We support vehicle development with feedback from customer satisfaction studies on all topics from the beverage holder to the transmission behavior. In addition, we derive forecasts for cutting off future vehicles in quality studies. For this we regularly evaluate future Mercedes-Benz series and current vehicles of the competition statically and dynamically from customer perspective.
