Senior Design Engineer (m/f/d)

Development and construction of mechanical assemblies and components Creation of concepts, designs and detailed designs taking into account functionality, productionability, costs and quality Responsibility for technical solutions throughout the product life cycle Close cooperation with the areas of software development, electronics development, production, assembly and service Implementation of technical calculations and tolerance analyses Supporting prototype structures, test series and validations Active participation in the industrialization of new products and the continuous optimization of existing systems

Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the design of technical products up to standard maturity Experience in the development of fine-mechanical systems, precision mechanics, printing technology, special machine construction or comparable areas is advantageous Very good knowledge in a modern 3D CAD system Knowledge gained in manufacturing technologies, in particular CNC cutting, sheet metal processing and assembly and production technology are advantageous Understanding mechatronic systems and their interfaces to electronics and software Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
