This makes this job special for me: I am the reliable interface between project management, specialist areas and project teams. With my structured way of working, my organizational talent and my communicative strength, I keep everyone's back free, care for clarity and bring peace and overview to the team even in dynamic situations. As an assistant I am not only coordinatorin, but also makerin. My tasks: I take over the general administration and organisation to support the executives and internal and external staff of the programme and their projects, I organize the electronic inbox and provide structured communication, I plan project and field events as well as external seminars and training – including the associated SAP procurement processes, I support the creation of presentations for internal and external stakeholders, I organize and accompany business trips – from booking to billing, I take care of the onboarding and offboarding of employees – from IT equipment to training, I document and archive project-relevant documents in the internal storage system, I implement SAP procurement processes, follow them and acquire services, e.g. in the field of BGA, I take key-user roles for project-relevant applications and systems, I coordinate committee work and prepare meetings before and after.

I have a completed commercial training, I bring professional experience in the assistance of teams or areas as well as in the project work, I am well organized, team-ready and work reliably, flexible and independent, I am helpful, open to technical topics and I like to work in new contexts, I have profound knowledge of MS Office and SAP systems (e.g. S/4HANA, SAP HCM), I communicate safely in German (C1) and English (B2), I am cordial, approachable and with humour and openness contribute to a positive team atmosphere – even in stressful phases or in the coffee break. No need, but of advantage: First aid / fire protection aid training.
