You take over the commercial project management incl. Project control for large new and refurbishment measures in close cooperation with the respective technical project management They are responsible for change management during the project period in coordination with portfolio management and in cooperation with project managers They operate in all phases of the HOAI, in particular in the performance phase 0 (planning dialogue for project design), in the performance phase 3 (planning plan) and in the performance phase 5 (construction plan) with They support risk and opportunities across the entire project period and contribute to the development and enforcement of countermeasures They are responsible for the implementation of target /actual comparisons within the framework of budget management and for retrospective building project analyses They take over the follow-up and participation in contract and claim management
