You actively drive the process optimization in the field of EDI and digitalization and take on projects in the company as well as with our customers. You support our team in the diverse first-level support for our locations in the Munich area. You ensure that our IT solutions work smoothly with customers and employees - supported by a Help Desk Service Tool and an experienced specialist team. You support the provision of hardware and software and thus ensure a smooth running at our locations. You perform administrative and commercial tasks, such as the management of hardware and software, as well as the control of service provider bills.

You have a completed commercial or technical training, ideally with professional experience in a forwarding or in the IT environment. You have a well-founded knowledge of MS Windows systems and common MS Office products/M365. Ideally, you will have first experiences in the field of EDI. A professional communication and telephone behavior is of course for you. You have good English skills. You have a class B licence. Team spirit, service orientation and organizational talent. You work independently and always keep your tasks in mind.
