As a senior, you are the first respondent for all concerns, with a focus on the smooth organization and coordination of the vehicle transfer – within our Autohero Retail Department. With your kindness and professional commitment, you make the car purchase for our customers a great experience! Processing and solution finding of complex requests and challenges in the field of vehicle delivery Analysis and troubleshooting in close cooperation with our internal departments Creation and maintenance of reports and evaluations in Google Sheets, e.g. for monitoring vehicle delivery processes & employee evaluations Documentation of solutions and creation of guides for internal use Training and support of colleagues in 1st and 2nd level support. Implementation of the onboarding of new team members, including the incorporation into processes and systems Conduct regular feedback talks to promote the further development and motivation of team members Working with projects to introduce and optimize department-relevant processes Escalation level of critical problems at internal departments.

Multiannual experience in 2nd level support, ideally in a senior position Knowledge of IT systems and processes used in the automotive industry or vehicle delivery are advantageous Good knowledge of Google Sheets, including the use of formulas, pivot tables and diagrams Experience in onboarding new employees and performing feedback talks Embossed problem solving capabilities, analytical thinking as well as high customer and service orientation Excellent time management and the ability to do multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities Teamability, communication strength and willingness to share knowledge and support others Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
