In the course of further growth, we are looking for a Calculator Finished Parts (m/w/d) at the next time possible. In this responsibly key position, you will accompany challenging finished parts projects already in the offer phase and create the economic basis for their successful implementation. You work closely with project management, work preparation, purchasing and manufacturing and take a central role within the entire project team.

Own-responsible calculations of demanding finished parts projects from the request to the final offer tax Creation of performance directories based on plan documents and functional performance descriptions Independent mass determination based on tender documents Examination of tenders and evaluation of technical and economic opportunities and risks Determination of project costs taking into account material, personnel, equipment and subcontractor costs Close cooperation with project management, purchasing, work preparation and production during the offer phase Participation in economic optimizations and further development of existing costing processes

Graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a Comparative Qualification, as an alternative further education to Bautechniker or Master (m/w/d) Professional experience as a calculator, construction manager, calculator or in a comparable function in construction Ideally experience in prefabricated parts or interest in working in this specialized area Technical understanding and safe handling of construction plans and performance directories knowledge in a calculation program (e.g. RIB iTWO, Betsy or comparable) as well as good MS Office knowledge Structured, self-responsible and economically shaped mode of operation Team skills, sense of responsibility and joy in cooperation with different disciplines
