In your trainee program, you will acquire comprehensive knowledge in the field of business development, especially in the fields of strategy and project management. As part of our 'Trainings on the Job', you are directly involved in cross-departmental projects and supported in the preparation of important committee meetings. This not only allows you to acquire and develop practical experiences, but also offers you the opportunity to gain insights into different business areas. With the help of qualifications tailored to your profile, you will be optimally prepared for your responsible tasks.

You have successfully completed your studies in economics or a comparable course of studies and ideally have already gained first experience in project management or strategy. First knowledge in the banking sector is advantageous. Your enthusiasm for strategic topics and projects, coupled with excellent communication skills, will distinguish you. The MS Office applications (in particular PowerPoint and Excel) are safe. An independent and structured way of working as well as team skills and a high degree of self-responsibility complete your profile.
