Payroll Manager (m/f/d)

Payroll: You are responsible for the preparatory salary billing and the timely and correct pay bill for a defined employee group (approximately 300 to 400 employees) taking into account all tax, social insurance and labour law requirements in cooperation with our external payroll provider ADP master data management: You care and manage personnel master files and ensure a high data quality in our systems Personio and ADP, including the maintenance of employees' ancillary and absent accounts Advice: You are a central contact person in your area for employees and executives in all matters relating to pay billing, social security and wage tax Reporting: You are taxing communication with health insurance companies, financial offices and authorities and providing timely notifications and certificates System conversion: You actively accompany the further development of our payroll processes – from cooperation with our external service provider ADP to the perspective illustration of the payroll via Personio-Payroll. In the course, you no longer take over the preparatory payroll, but are responsible for these Operations: Optionally take over the presentation of any contracts and contract changes

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification Insufficient professional experience in (preparatory) salary accounting and staff support Knowledge of tax, social security and labour law Ideally first experiences with Personio incl. Personio Payroll as personal software and possibly ADP Engaged and communication-strong personality, desire to work in the team and hands-on mentality Commitment to the topics of optimisation and further development of existing personnel processes
