Your tasks - You make the difference with us: As a customer advisor, you are the competent contact person for our customers and their individual topics Personal as well as telephone advice and support are part of your task. By using and ensuring customer satisfaction, you make an active contribution to customer development. You accompany customer visits on site or at locations With you, however, customer concerns are also complaints in good hands, while you tax the topics and follow the entire handling.
