Project Planner HVAC - Heating Construction / Ventilation Technology / Sanitary Planning (m/f/d)

You take over the independent planning and control of demanding projects of technical building equipment (HKLS) over all phases of the performance of HOAI. In close cooperation with our system planners, you will create innovative designs and technical concepts using CAD software such as Autodesk Revit or Plancal Nova. As a central contact for customers: you advise proactively and coordinate closely with all internal and external planning stakeholders. You create performance directories with common AVA software, actively participate in the award and monitor compliance with budgets and dates. Through regular construction site visits and careful documentation, you ensure the performance quality and accompany your projects until successful acceptance.

You have completed a study of supply technology (or comparable) or as a technician:in or Master:in sound experience in project planning. You have at least 4 years of professional experience in the planning of HKLS projects. In the planning according to HOAI and VOB as well as the usual technical regulations (e.g. DIN, VDI) you move safely. You work routined with industry-standard CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit) and have ideally already gained experience with an AVA software. You communicate clearly as well as solution-oriented with customers: inside and in the team and bring very good German skills (C1).

Remuneration: Look forward to an attractive salary between €50,000 and €70,000 a year plus a profit-based bonus.
