The Leipzig trade fair is one of the top 10 of the leading German trade fair companies and the top 50 worldwide. She conducts events in Leipzig and at various locations in Germany and abroad. With the five subsidiaries and the Congress Center Leipzig (CCL), the Leipzig Trade Fair as a comprehensive service provider forms the entire chain of the event business. Around 280 events are held annually - trade fairs, exhibitions, congresses and events - with up to 15,000 exhibitors and over 1.2 million visitors from all over the world. For the Ticketing and Visitor Management department, we are looking to ensure the operation of the electrotechnical plants of the Leipzig Messe at the next possible time

You guide and promote your 16-person team, including two professional team managements, around the focal points of ticketing, admission management and hotel service. With your entrepreneurial view, you are developing the services offered for exhibitors (m/w/d) and visitors (m/w/d), with a focus on better usability, positive customer experience and stronger customer loyalty. As an internal service provider (m/w/d) for our project teams, you accept customer requirements, advise individually and design tailor-made, innovative and digital performance packages for projects or guest events from the planning and organization of all measures to the realization of service concerns. You control the operating business, associated with eliminating disruptions in the ongoing operating process. As a savings partner (m/w/d), you work closely with our project teams, cross-sectional departments and with external partners (m/w/d), e.g. from the hotel industry.

You have completed their studies in business, computer science or event management and well-founded professional experience in trade fair business, visitor management and technical implementation of ticket shops and other shop systems. You already gained several years of experience as a leadership and project management. You are characterized by professional communication skills, coupled with good moderation capability and are a digital native. You prove a pronounced analytical thinking with regard to outcome orientation and self-employment. You are flexible, innovative and changeable.
